1). The copy of Letter of Intent Paper/Document of this particular 103 hectares is not available handy to be given to any interested Buyer because, there is an outstanding balance of approximately N200,000,000.00 (Two Hundred Million Naira Only) to be settled at AGIS before the Letter of Intent Paper/Document becomes handy. However, the file number and the plot number as rightly appeared on the paper in AGIS system; can be sent on request to any interested Buyer for him/her to use for window/legal search with AGIS if need be.
2). The interested Buyer should be willing to go into an agreement with the owner of this plot who is a highly placed civil servant; to offer this outstanding which will subsequently be deducted from the purchase price.
3). The said agreement in number 2 above will only come in play after the interested Buyer has verified the authenticity of, and is satisfied with all the supporting documents and evidence as will be provided by the owner.
4). The owner is ready to surrender his international/diplomatic passport in addition to a property at Garki (23 Hectares of land currently a Gwagwalada C of O under rectification).
5). In not more than 5 to 10 working days, after the payment in number 1 above is settled by the interested Buyer, the Letter of Intent becomes handy and the sale & purchase transaction is consummated.
